Commuter service between Guelph Bus Terminal & Toronto's Union Station (via Brampton) or York Mills GO Station. There is another GO bus between and University of Guelph campus and York University campus. One way fares are $12, with monthly passes for #380 for adults, and $277 for students.
Greyhound offers passenger bus service and courier service from Kitchener-Waterloo and other communities in the region. From Kitchener, passengers can travel eastwards to Toronto (with several stations around the city), then north to Sudbury and points west, or eastwards to Montreal or Ottawa, or southeast to Buffalo, New York and from either of those cities to eastern Canada and the United States. Alternatively from Kitchener, routes travel west along the 401 to London and Windsor/Detroit, and on to the US Midwest.
